Connecting Monroe’s Job-Seekers and Precision Manufacturers
MonroeWorks aims to help job-seekers and manufacturers reach their full potential through job training programs and community resources. MonroeWorks.org is a centralized information hub to help residents, businesses, and the general public learn more about the power of training programs and where to find resources, local job boards, and connections with others. MonroeWorks can help you find the resources you need to be successful.
MonroeWorks is a collaborative effort led by the City of Monroe’s Mayor’s Office and its Good Jobs Great Cities Community Cohort, and is a program through the Good Jobs, Great Cities Academy.
In 2023, Monroe was one of 16 cities nationwide recognized by the National League of Cities and the U.S. Department of Labor as a Good Jobs, Great Cities Destination. Learn more about this initiative and Monroe’s status as a Destination City here.
